JESSICA ETHRIDGE
MEET THE WOMAN CHALLENGING THE STATUS QUO
Jessica Ethridge is a lifelong Upstate South Carolinian, legal professional, and community advocate with nearly 20 years of experience in compliance, real estate, human resources, and title insurance operations. Raised in a blue-collar family in Greer, she understands firsthand the challenges families face from rising costs and government overreach.
Jessica has held leadership roles at both the county and state level within the Libertarian Party, served as a delegate to multiple state and national conventions, and was the Libertarian nominee for Lieutenant Governor in 2022. She is also a former Vice President of the South Carolina Upstate Paralegal Association and recipient of the organization’s 2014 Paralegal of the Year award.
A mother, neighbor, and advocate for individual liberty, Jessica is running for Congress to bring accountability, practical solutions, and a fresh voice for South Carolina’s 4th District to Washington.
ISSUES
LESS GOVERNMENT. MORE FREEDOM
COST OF LIVING
With the cost of groceries continuing to rise and gas prices skyrocketing, families across South Carolina are being stretched thinner every day. We cannot afford to continue on this same path.
I will fight to cut wasteful federal spending, reduce inflation-driving policies, and remove unnecessary regulations that drive up costs for families and small businesses.
WAR & FOREIGN POLICY
For too long, Washington has acted like America is the world’s police force while hardworking families here at home pay the price. We are seeing the economic impact every day through rising costs, growing national debt, and taxpayer dollars sent overseas, while American families struggle to get ahead. Even more importantly, we are watching lives continue to be lost in conflicts with no clear end.
I will fight for a foreign policy focused on peace, accountability, and putting Americans first.
NATIONAL DEBT
The single greatest threat to our sovereignty and national security is the national debt. Rapidly approaching $39 trillion, with nearly 20% held by foreign governments, our continued overspending weakens America’s position on the world stage and burdens future generations. It is time to hold our government accountable in the same way American families are held accountable for paying their debts.
I will work to identify and eliminate wasteful federal spending and support policies that reduce our national debt and restore long-term fiscal responsibility.
